English Morning

It's 6:00AM and I'm lying on a springy mattress on the floor enjoying soft and pale blue views of the sky while being amazed at the fact that there is no air conditioning in this place. It's 12 degrees centigrade and isn't that lovely? Shauna is asleep and I'm sure she was sleep talking a few times earlier. It reminds me of my sister who sleep talks quite daily!

About a minute before it hit six, birds were actually chirping. It's quite strange they're so accurate about it! Right now, I just want to go downstairs and into the garden out back and enjoy the English morning but the stairs and floorboards squeak so much I'm afraid I'd wake everyone up. :( There's nothing too bad about staying in bed either, right? It's like having air conditioning without the cold air blowing. It's still air. Still. Non-moving. Amazing! And I have to admit that my short walks to the toilet down the hall reminded me of Truckee, Nevada. It really smelled like Truckee! O.O

The skies are getting brighter. I can't wait to head for the car boot sale! Much love from Windsor x

  1. Did you get to watch the sunrise? I bet it was beautiful and amazing at the same time. I'm with you in spirit and I hope you'll make many incredible memories to tell your children one day. With your incredible story telling ability, those children will never be bored. lol!
Hope you're living your dream to the fullest.
